Look Up Your Property Appraisal Information

1. First, go to the Pinellas County Property Appraiser's Office web site.
   
2. Go to the bottom and click on "Search our Database".
   
3. Go to the bottom of that page and fill in only the information for Number, Street, Type, and Suffix. For example: to look up 8775 15th Lane North, you would put in the following information:
   
   1. Number:8775
      
   2. Unit:
      
   3. Direction:
      
   4. Street:15th
      
   5. Type:LN
      
   6. Suffix:N
      
   Then Click "Lookup Address".
   
4. Go to the bottom of the page and click on the address in the little window of addresses. Then click "View".

After a moment, a 2 page summary of the property will display with everything from the parcel number, to the square footage, to the ammenities, to the taxes, to the last prices it sold for.
