About our association

Welcome

This Web Site contains information to acquaint you with your neighbors and surrounding area. Also contained on this Web Site is a copy of our Constitution and Deed Restrictions governing Barcley Estates. If you would like a print of the Constitution or Deed Restrictions, you can print it from your web browser or contact one of the Barcley Estates Officers. We want to express a warm welcome to all you recent newcomers and we encourage you to get to know your neighbors. To accomplish this objective, we hope that you will join in and become active in our Homeowners Association and the Barcley Estates Garden and Social Club.

Membership and Directory Info

Membership in our Homeowners Association is only $10.00 per year. All property owners are encouraged to join. Contact one of the Barcley Estates Officers for a membership application. A pre-addressed envelope will be provided for your convenience to remit your membership dues. Please make your dues check payable to “Barcley Estates Homeowners Association” and mail it as soon as possible. If there are any corrections or updates necessary to the Directory, we will be pleased to make and publish the same in the next issue of the directory or the next newsletter, which ever comes first.

Membership in the Garden and Social Club is only $10.00 per year. The meetings are held the second Monday of each month from Sept to May in the homes of members at 1:00 P.M. and they consist of a short business meeting, an interesting program, and light refreshments. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors.

The Homeowners Association provides:

  1. A focal point for handling of common problems affecting residents
  2. Conducts quarterly meetings of the membership (3rd Tues Feb, May, Aug, Nov)
  3. Publishes a newsletter to inform members
  4. Administers the Neighborhood Crime Watch program
  5. Provides information on Deed Restrictions in favor of all residents
