I am sure that it is brought to you courtesy of Trails End-the condemned and overcomitted plant which is shipping effluent to our sewer facility. I don't know if they have a leak in the pipe or it's just the ambiance but that is the price for the all the development we have been unsuccessfully fighting. Of course, there are residents who welcome it. So comes the stink.
