Red or White Van - approaching children

There have been two incidents in Briar Hill subdivision involving both a red and a white van. The white van was said to have an out of state lic plate (MN).

On Monday(Sept.14),  a 14 year old boy that lives in Briar Hill was approached by a white man in a red passenger van.  The man pulled up beside the boy that was skateboarding and asked him what street he lived on.  The boy told him and then the guy asked him what was his house number and then the boy got scared and would not tell the guy where he lived.  The man was telling him he had a lot of skate stuff in the back of his van. 

On Tuesday(Sept. 15), another boy, age 11,  reported last night that he was walking and a white van approached him and said that he had other sports jerseys in the back if he wanted to look at them.
