Two new assisted living facilities have been proposed for this area. One at Magledt and Joppa and the other at the "Country Plant Store Sight" on Joppa and Jasper Ln. Given what we already know about these facilities, do you feel that these should be allowed to be built here?

Traffic is already a nightmare! I personally don't think it would add to the area. It is congested enough given the new housing in the area. What about the county making open space available so the small kids don't have to play in the streets! just a humble opinion>

what is the process

What process would someone have to go through to get something like this built in our neighborhood as proposed. I am not clear on procedures required and how a community can influence the decision. Could someone briefly explain?
