I was wondering if the neighbor to the vacant lot on fresh water drive has the authority to kick kids and teens off of the lot for just playing a baseball game and not vandalizing anything. Kids doing nothing wrong and just having fun. I wanted to know if this person can do this and if not can kids continue to play on it. Please Respond

Should be allowed as long as the kids are responsible and clean up, however, the people that make the rules can be pretty harsh. Adjacent neighbors do complain and their cars/windows might get hit by balls. It's probably more about that rather then the lot owner not approving. I doubt that the owner would care since you can't damage dirt.
