We are new to the area and have a 14 month old daughter. I am a stay at home mom. Does anyone know anything about a playgroup?

Welcome to Wetumpka. By your post, i see that you live in emerald mountain. I am the children's minister at First Baptist and live in the West Wetumpka area (other side of the river). I do have some families in the Emerald mountain area that moms stay at home. i called them to see if they were a part of a play group. I have a 3 year old girl and 9 month old boy and my wife also stays at home. they have playdates with other friends from church and preschool. i would also invite you to our egg hunt on March 22 at 10:30am on the church lawn. Good time to meet people if they are not traveling for spring break. Though we are not there yet. We will be there mid-july. We have a 7 yr old, 6 year old, 4 year and a 3 year old. My wife will be a stay at home mom. I'm sure she would be open for some playdates. Between my 3 yr old son is obsessed with trains and cars :)
