Spring is Here!

Spring has finally arrived and it's time to clean up the entrance.  The winter has been a little hard on some of the plants and weeds need to be pulled.  See below for our 2009 Cleanup and Maintenance schedule.

Annual Contributions 

Many thanks to our neighbors who have already contributed to the community fund.  I would like to impress upon the remainder of the community the importance of your contributions.  We realize in this economic climate that some of you may not be able to afford the usual contribution of $50.00, therefore, we will gladly accept whatever you are comfortable giving and understand the possibility that you may not be able to contribute at all.  In the event that you are unable to contribute, your effort in cleaning and maintaining the front entrance would be greatly appreciated. 

Other Updates and Info

• Be a responsible pet owner.  When you walk your pet please clean up after them.
• We all need to be the eyes for this community.  When you see any problems that may warrant police attention, please call and report the problems to the police department.  They will often patrol the neighborhood when they are informed about recent issues.
• There has been an increase of trash on our streets.  Please help keep our community clean and impress upon your children the importance of not littering.
• Thanks to whomever pruned the trees along Simple Farm Road.  They look great!

2009 Cleanup and Maintenance Dates

The officers for this community have set the following dates for cleaning the front entrance.  All dates are Saturdays and the hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

April 18---May 9---May 30---June 20---July 18---Aug 15---Sept 19

October 10 ----> Our final cleanup will include a surprise!!
