RAMBLEWOOD Residents have been complaining about very very very loud music for the past 6 months on Saturday nite from 11 pm - 4pm.  residents stated that at least 2 to 3 residents are having a party about every other weekn. Cars are blocking rite of way and residents driveways. some partys have 10 to 15 cars, some speeding thru community. Resulting in 2 telephone poles knock down. One last week with one person kill.  Residents are asking can you have a party with Alcohol being serve without a Permit.
