Metro Planning Holds Zoning Meetings

The Metro Planning Department is holding meetings to discuss text amendments to the Institutional Zoning Regulations.
This is the zoning that will determine how Universities and Colleges can expand in a residential neighborhood.
The first meeting is Jan 14th was at Belmont Heights Baptist Church, and a number of Lipscomb neighbors attended and participated in the discussion.
The second and final meeting is February 6th at 6;30 in Room 122 of Park-Johnson Hall at Fisk University.
Neighbors are encouraged to attend and join the discussion.
