People, there is a leash law.

Please keep your dogs on a leash AT ALL TIMES. Even the nicest dogs have been known to bite people they are not familiar with.

Jeannie got a really cool item at PetsMart. It is a fire hydrant that dispenses plastic bags and it can be fastened to your leash!

Now, you always have it with you to clean up after your dog when you are out on a walk.
