Can we place a no parking sign on the cul de sac poles? Or if we planted trees,etc on it would deter people from parking on it and rutting it up , etc. Any news on the gardens or trees that were supposed to be planted? Some of us in the area cut, and try to keep the cul de sac looking nice but is frustrating when guests park all over it.
Also the light on the front sign is OUT.
