Suggestions for the next one

I commend Steve and Chris for putting this panel together so fast! I am hopeful you will consider the following:

Set a time limit per speaker - on both sides of the panel.

Strongly specify what the controlable subject is. We don't need to listen to neighbor's comment of issues beyond our control.

Suggest that people making comments do thier research

Provide more handouts with background and access to plans prior to the meeting. It would have answered a lot of questions if we had been able to see the plans before the panel started.

Have the neighbors stand and go to the center aisle, ask their question and keep the developer (or whoever is in that seat next time) answer the question right away. Not all got answered clearly in the current format.
Thanks!
Great improvement

It was a great improvement on ''The Monkey Bar'' discussion, at least there was structure.

However, we are not running a mini state are we? I felt both Robin and Steve were very tough on one lady who wished to speak, a bit late ing the meeting, but she had a point she wanted to make.

We can allow single comments can't we? You upset one person, it is not a court of law and if you continue, the attendance will fall.

But I still think it was better
