What exciting news we have found out about our neighbors. There are plans to expand the current facilities on their campus. These plans include a community resource building and additional living facilities for the residents. A new circular drive will be added and the plans also include renovation of their current Illinois Avenue residence. HUD has already granted the funds and hopefully progress will be made within the next 12-18 months. All uses of the property are for Day Spring purposes. A public hearing will be held next year. You have a drawing of this proposal in this mailing and if you want to hear more about it, we highly suggest that you attend the annual meeting in January!
