After three years of extensive planning, broad community outreach, and input, Cherokee Redevelopment is submitting Design Standards for their project at S. Broadway & W. Mississippi to the City. A hearing before the Planning Board is set for mid-December. APNA has sent a letter of support. APNA representatives believe these developers and this project should be held up as a model for redevelopment standards.
