I appreciate all of the information you communicated regarding the community. I own a condo in another area and they are far more transparent with the budget. I totally agree with your concerns and hope you are still pushing people to be far more ethical.
I was interested in buying a condo at Ashlar Hill. Could you tell me what you think of the state of the community? I see the pool is closed and noticed how much your HOA fees have gone up?
