Ashcreek Neighborhood Association

My house and the house of one of my clients have had some plants stolen [dug out with a shovel] over the past few weeks.

I was wondering if this was a problem for anyone else and if anyone has any ideas about what to do about it.

We just had this same experience in my neighborhood -North Porltand, (two of my neighbors) last night (May 29th between 11pm-5am) had 12-14 plants stolen at one house and one potted plant at another.
