As we look into landscaping for the spring, we will be meeting with vendors to hire (or keep last years vendor). If any of you would like to go through this vendor for your yards or have thoughts on who is reasonable that we should call, let me know. If the vendor knows they will get our own homes as accounts, we will negotiate a better rate - for the subdivision and ourselves!
