U.S. West wants to put up a new tower at 10 hundred block of Smith Avenue in West St. Paul. The West St. Paul Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, March 21, 2000, at 7:00 p.m., and the West St. Paul City Council will meet on Monday, March 27, 2000 at 7:00 p.m. at the Municipal Center 1616 Humboldt Avenue South, West St. Paul, MN 55118. People interested in having their voices or concerns heard are encouraged to attend.
