If you believe that your gutters are clogged or damaged, please try and take care of this as soon as possible. Contact your landlord or arrange for the gutters to be cleaned several times a year.
Clogged gutters can result in water pooling in the gutters and rotting the roof boards around them. Also the extra weight added onto the gutters can cause them to rust or break away from the roof and cause further damage to the house.
The sooner this is taken care of the better!!!
If you are unable to check your gutters to see if they are damaged or in need of cleaning, contact your neighborhood Police Officer for advice or attend a Neighborhood Watch meeting and bring that topic up with your neighbors. I guarantee that there is someone in your neighborhood that is willing to help you out.
