Does the HOA have any plans on the "Slum Loards" that are coming into our neighbor hood! Does not seem rite we try to maintain our homes an theses "Slum Loards" rent to people how could care less what there property looks like!

I'm sure if enough people would stop paying dues the HOA would take soom kind or action! Our Neighbor is looking so bad. I' ve lived here since Feb 83!
