Thanks in a large part to the efforts of the Fulton River District Association, a community focused group promoting a balanced combination of residential and commercial development, The Fulton River District is enjoying a surge in growth and becoming a popular, successful, urban living area. Housing in this centrally located neighborhood runs the gamet from affordable condos to multi-million dollar, lavishly refurbished, single family, graystone buildings. A number of excellent restaurants draw dinners from all over the greater Chicago area.
