Amenities Access

I have reached out to the Rhonda, Ivey Chase HOA contact person a week ago.  She has not responded to my email or phone call.  Is anyone else having this problem with communication.  I am a new residence and moved in on July 18 on BlueBell, and yet to have access to the amenities that I am paying for.  If anyone can offer any information please do so.
