Agreed. Neighborhoods should be Platted to be livable before selling >+3,000 resIDENCES in an area, like 89109.  Then after residences are established, ordinances

should protect their hearing like the Rock in Rio rock concert in the middle of homes, hotels, conference centers, rental rooms and condo time shares, pedestrians, automobiles, businesses, and housing.

I don't think San Antonio gives a damn about enforcing a noise ordinance.  I've called the police and 311 numerous times about the loud music coming from 2814 Observation Drive and the authorities do absolutely nothing.  These inconsiderate people play loud, amplified music at all times of the day and night.  The noise ordinance is published here:  http://www.nonoise.org/lawlib/cities/sananton.htm  It's clear that these law-breakers are allowed to continue to violate the law and get away with it.

89109, 155 decibels at 1 mile radius causes ear damage in children and ADA bystanders, innocently.  Residences are not protected by nuisance ordinances

in Vegas and Winchester 89109.

Liked your post, but you  forgot to include barking dogs....!!!!!  I like dogs, but dogs (6 to be exact) that bark any time they are outside should be considered a noise maker and fined.
