Zoning Jepardizes our Neighborhood Quality.

The owner (Peterson Properties) of the retail section of Carlisle & Indian School is jeopardizing the quality of life status that our neighborhood currently enjoys.

The neighborhood association has been fighting for our rights to NOT be subjected to over powering odors from resturants, excess noise from increased number of cars going through the area, and an overflow of parking in the area.  

Apparently it has gotten to the point where Peterson Properties wants to continue negotications to change the zoning codes, however the association/neighborhood have already compromised and are simply asking the owner to NOT try and change things.
