I would like to see all sectors covenants posted here.  I am not sure what they are for each sector or if they are all the same; but, there are some things that concern me about our neighborhood.

There are campers, utility trailers & boats parked in drives/yards

Cars are perpetually parked in the street all over the neighborhood with some

parked on the main entrance near the three way stop signs.  This is not only 

an eyesore and a nusiance but a saftey issue.

Trash and recycle cans are perpetually paked on the street by some.

A few homes are in need repair and general maintenance.  One home has a window that has been boarded for years.

I am sure some of these issues violate our covenants and there are probably more.  I would like the AWHA publish all covents on this site or develop our own AWHA website where they can be published.  I would also like the AWHA to enforce our existing covenants.  

If covenants are not observed and enforced our neighborhood will continue to deterioate and become like many unincorporated communities without covenents reducing the value of our neighborhood and homes.
