Hi,
Has anyone noticed the African American man riding on his bike dealing drugs? I have noticed this several times during evening hours. Does anyone know if we can do something about this? Can we put pressure on the landlord to evict this person? I noticed that he lives at 1149 E. 1st St.
I do hope that you called 911 and made a report. Also you should get a case # to follow up on your call. There has been many complaints against the tenants living at that address. The city is aware of what is happening at that address. Hopefully, the owner will get the message and sell the building to someone who is more concerned about our neighborhood.
