Are you interested in receiving free hot meals delivered to your door? Are you over the age of 55? If so, the SAIL Program of South Alabama provides free hot meals Monday through Friday for senior citizens over the age of 55 at no cost. The meals will be delivered to you or you may pick them up at the Mitternight Park Rec Center. Please let us know if you are interested so that we can give a number to SAIL officials who are planning this program for our neighbor-hood!
