Fed Up!

I saw 2 cop cars coming out of the back of the neighborhood today...did someone call today? I sure hope so. When you call, has it netted results? Do the cops stop out?

Nope...

I called the cops the other day and the cops either didn't come (because the operator I talked to said that the cops would call me after they stopped out) or the kids waited for the cops to leave and then hopped back on the bikes. I haven't been home much for the past couple days, so I don't know if it's still going on. Also, I don't know if the parents are aware honestly. I notice that when the parents are home, there is no biking. But when they aren't, the bikes are out in full force. I don't understand why they are purchased in the first place--they're dangerous without the noise. Seems crazy.
