Last time I heard we were getting condos. But from the looks of the current construction it looks like apartments! I did not want these in Middletown Village. Oh Well...To late now to do anything...Or is it

Condos are apartments you own...

I thought a condo simply meant you could own, not only rent. But, even the owners may decide to rent these out, just like is done in the townhomes. Whatever it may be, I'm sure they will not come cheap!!!!!!

Speaking of costs and money - Does anyone know EXACTLY where our $50.00 monthly goes to? I try to contact people but I dont get the real meaning!! I Think they are sipping martinies with it.
