I am a homeowner in Middletown Village for the past 2 years and already twice the central air in my home has broken and I have called the township and put in a complaint and also put in a claim through my homeowner insurance but the issue still is ot resolved. I need to know if there is something I can do my home is only 5-6 years old is there a warratny. Even when the central air operates none of my upsatirs get cool and township said the builder did not install the proper eq in the basement. Please Help

I have the same issues in my home. The only way to fix it is to re-do the duct work. The air flow is limited by way of poor duct design. I do have some luck with playing with the ducts downstairs and in the basement. Cutting off the flow and forcing more air to the upper floors. Also, a MUST, a new filter every 30 days no matter what the package claims. Need any help, Just email me and I will get with you!
