Dear Brad and Nestor -

Thanks for all the work you do on the board.  I know you both do a lot for our neighborhood (like take care of landscaping and paying the bills, etc).

Specifically though, I'd like to thank you for getting the front entrances looking better.  They were getting very overgrown and full of weeds, and look so much better now that the landscapers have been out to clean those areas.

Thanks for the appreciation.  I agree the entrances look great.  Brad did an outstanding job working with the landscaper to get them looking better.
