ADAMS RIDGE DEVELOPMENT

There has been talk about totally revamping/Revitalizing the City Downtown District on Evergreen. Do you think this is a good idea?

I think the city has to be creative and think outside the box.  Creating another royal oak creates revenue for the businesses and maybe for the city.  But there is a cost associated with more entertainment traffic.  More cost for police, cleanup, maintenance and does the tax revenue balance that out?  Being an avid golfer, I would not be interested in losing Evergreen Hills Golf course for the benefit of other residents from other cities to come in and have a good time.  But, I think I would be for it, without those sacrifices.
