I spoke to Randall regarding the retention pond. He agreed to do the work on the area surrounding the fence, down toward Pine Mountain Road and also on the inside of the fence around the top level. He will do this for $150 (cheaper than he charged last year). This will be done by the end of March. Randall worked hard on our Retention Pond area and it was a lot more work than we originally expected. In the end we paid him $200 for all the work. If you have had a chance to see the difference, let us know what you think.
