Has anyone else noticed that the HOA is now taking the dues out on a quarterly basis rather than monthly. I noticed that this started this month but I did not get any notification that this was going to happen? It would have been nice if they would have notified us of this and gotten authorization to modify the amount they are automatically withdrawing.
