A.C.C.O.R.D., unincorporated Arapahoe County

Just wanted to post a warning about Tali Amini and his brother (Moses, aka Stan, aka ?). They have been soliciting landscape and concrete work in this area (Chenango and Foxfield). I paid him $6,000 last summer and he never finished the work. He seems to be quite the con artist. Even though I have a signed contract, he refused to do the work and insisted he needed $2000 more. If you really want to do business with this company, I suggest that you insist that the work is completed BEFORE you give him any money. Every time I gave him money, he disappeared for several weeks. Now the work he did do is falling apart (failed concrete) and he refuses to uphold the warrantee he agreed to. I've spent 8 months cleaning up the mess he left on my property (food wrappers, cans, concrete piles, branches, concrete bags etc.) What an awful ordeal!
