The adjacent property owner's meeting (catered with cookies and soft drinks only) went as Madison Park's meeting. Nothing was new except that they lowered the density and chose some ''new'' exterior designs. By lowering the density, they can no longer afford to offer us any concessions such as a solid wall fence or burying the power lines. They basically have to go back to the drawing board to start over with their new plan, which may take several weeks. See the e-mail sent by Jack Clark dated Oct. 15.

Truch access

The vehicles which you see are probably City of Aurora, as they have a 60 foot easement throught the park to access their water lines, other people may also be using it.
