52nd Precinct Community Council

how is it the foreign citizens of ALBANIA come to the Bronx and the buidling dept. is allowing them to Alter and change the structure of the homes in the Morris Park Area, etc.  Oh, I forgot they give the sob story how they come here from a war torn country....blah blah and they put illegal apartments in the homes and have 50 people living in a "mixed use" home.  Also, who is it that works in the BUILDING DEPT. taking kickbacks and money from them so they can do all these things. Also they need to understand through their small brains that there are ZONING laws in this borough and also you are not to build on someone elses property line or boundry.  See we earned what we have here and paid for our homes "LEGALLY" nor did we take advantage of homeowners to put up structures that are illegal
