52nd Precinct Community Council

I hear that the new mini mall on Eastchester near Mace is seeking merchants to occupy the stores. I also hear that they are seeking community input. If they might be listening, a general merchandise discount store would be welcome, as well as the return of Citibank, or another major area bank.
