there are illegal taxis at east 241 street wpr. the police do nothing . the tlc do nothing ,but they bother the public every day also not paying taxes to the city of ny.
there are kids not going to school hanging out at east 241 street wpr getting high yes police not around to inforce the law. but they are surpose to do there job.
