History
The 12th Street Registry was built in 1979 and includes 40 units. There are 4 single-story units and 26 two-story units. The former address of the property was 1131 E Bethany Home Road.
Maintenance
The units were last painted in 1994 (?) and the color may have been Dunn Edwards' "Oyster White 511", flat on the stucco, semi-gloss on the metal. The trim is "Padre Ore."
The streets were sealed in 2003.
The access gates are being installed in 2004 by Access Unlimited.
The pool filter sand was last replaced in 2004.
