The Olive Manor Homeowners Board installed tile flooring in front of my unit which resulted in loss in value. The loss has been calculated at approx. 5% to 10% . When I decide to sell my unit the building will be sued to recover my loss. The board was fully aware of the damage they were causing me and went ahead with this illegal project(see CC&R's)All other units in the building have carpeting in front of them. The carpeting was removed in front of mine and now the entrance to my unit appears to be a extention of the lobby.
