Think about this......it took only 38 votes to elect the HOA Board but they can now pass nearly ANYTHING they want with a vote of 3 out of 5 people. That's downright SCARY. What if the lawyer chick wants all houses to be painted a nice shade of beige - BOOM! Three votes and we're all painting. What if someone decides that wood fences aren't acceptable - BOOM! You're tearing your fence down and putting up a $15,000 wrought iron one because some snob says you have to. It's sheer madness. IMPEACH THE BOARD!! LEAVE US ALONE!!!!!!!
