This is the laundry mat where weed, crack, crank, and prostitution is constantly being sold
on a regular basis. The place is a regular hang out for dirty drunk old men who piss on the sidewalk and drugged up little hypes trying to make enough for a quick fix. The childern walking to and from Winchell Elementary have to walk past this filth everyday. The ground around the place is always covered in trash. Trash composed of beer cans, bottles, condoms and used needles. Despite numerous arrests and complaints the City refuses to shut the place down. Is it because this is considered a poor neighbor hood? It wouldn't be allowed to happen in North Fresno.
