Good afternoon! I have been in the real estate industry for 14 1/2 years and specifically managing community associations for 9 1/2 years. I am a member of CAI and have my designations. I am in the process of creating an organization that focuses on providing quality designated managers who care about the association and will help the Board of Directors achieve their goals in creating a successful community association without hidden costs or nickle and diming the associations we manage. I have applied for the business license and have a goal to officially start opening in November 2012 so I am providing bids.
