I moved to the Yorkshire Downs community on 1JAN of 1994 and have been your neighbor for 22 plus years now.  I have seen a lot of changes here as well as the surrounding area.  For example, when I first moved into this area, Wal-Mart was still a drive in movie theater.  I watched the construction of some of the final units in the condo section and watched the development of the entire private homes section.  I was even around to see the swimming pool and tennis court go in.  If you should have any questions about this neighborhood or the surrounding area, please feel free to e-mail and ask me.  I will answer you to the best of my knowledge.   kevinnicely@yahoo.com
