My name is Manuel; I am a member of the Nevada State Assembly, and a Native of Southern California. My wife and I are Baptist Christians, and made Nevada our home about 3 years ago. We came with a church to help start a church. After serving there for a term; we stayed here and moved over to the Portofino Villas - from the East side. The property was very nice when we arrived in January of 2010; but has since been overtaken by crime, loitering, and violence. Our goal, and purpose is to be vigilant, observant, and interactive; in order to make our homes safe for our families once again. I come from a family of career Police Officers, and Marshall's. I am confident that we can once again have a nice home property. In coordination with Metro Police, and management; our goal will be accomplished. You may call them for loitering, loud noise, drinking in the public square, fighting, domestic violence, gang arguing, fighting, lynching, assault, and battery.
