Hello.

I moved to this neighborhood for its beauty, higher home values and well-kept homes in 2002.

I became a member of the Comstock Village Board of Directors in 2003 and have held the

Secretary/Treasurer position since 2005. In the last year I have been responsible for

maintenance of our CVHA website which provides homeowners with timely information

about our neighborhood. Previously, I served for a number of years on the Pinon Valley

Homeowner’s Association as a Board Member and President during which the Pinon

Valley Park was built. My goal as a member of the Board is to promote a better

understanding of Covenants as a tool to protect our home values. During my tenure on

the Comstock Board, I have walked the neighborhoods with other Board Members

talking with and encouraging homeowners to vote to revise our Covenants to allow a

reduced number of votes to make changes to the 1970’s covenants. This Board effort

permitted homeowners to later update the Covenants to allow more modern materials

and finishes. These changes will ensure that our neighborhood retains the Rockrimmon

look and feel while not appearing dated. I feel privileged to serve as a member of the

Board and ask for your vote of confidence to continue serving our community.
