I am a 38 year resident of Westwood (with a little time in Mar Vista where I owned my first house).  My age is 56.  I have three adult children all of whom were raised in Westwood.  My community involvement is fairly extensive as I am:

Co-Chair of the Westwood Community Council and I serve as head of the Homeless Task Force (just getting started), the Finance Committee and the Planning and Land Use Committee.

Special Emissary to the Board of Trustees of the Westwood United Methodist Church where I served consecutively for nine years as Chairman of the Board and successfully developed Belmont Village with the help of many super talented people in our community.

I am an active member of the Westwood Village Rotary Club where I serve as the head of the Community Relations Committee

I am on the on the Permanent Housing Committee of OPCC in which capacity I try to find permanent housing options (apartment buildings with 1 bedroom units for sale in Los Angeles County) for the OPCC's mission to house the homeless in our community.

I am Co-Chair of WOMP which will be in Westwood Village on April 17, 2011 from 8:30am until 1:00pm this year.

I love Westwood and am totally committed to making it better for everyone!
