We have lived in the Vistas over 3 years and found comfort and convenience a consistant experience. It appears that everyone in our subdivision takes pride in their homestead which is one factor why property values have remained escalating at an acceptable rate. Don is a Real Estate Consultant with Keller Williams-Heritage. The real estate market is in a transition period, but it is a normal cycle. Homes may stay on the market longer, but that is due to a shortage of qualified buyers.

Our Family

Don and Jan have three children and two grandchildren. Don's son is living on the East Coast with his children. Jan's daughters Emily and Kylee chose to attend rival universities. Emily is a recent grad of U.T.Austin while Kyle is a swimmer at A&M. Emily and her husband Josh are expecting a daughter the early part of January 2008.
